Joining Your Video Style Consult
You can access your video consult from both mobile and desktop. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the requirements below:
Supported Browsers
- Safari (mobile & desktop)
- Chrome (desktop only)
- Firefox (desktop only)
How to Join via Notification
- 1. At your scheduled consult time, you'll receive email and text notifications.
- 2. Click the link in the notification to join.
- 3. Log in to your account (if not already logged in).
- 4. If prompted, grant access to your camera and microphone.
- 5. Click the green phone icon at the bottom of the screen to begin.
How to Join Without a Notification
- 1. Log in to your account here.
- 2. Go to the Services page.
- 3. Find your service under the Active tab.
- 4. Click See Service Details.
- 5. Under Your Style Consult, click Join the Consult.
- 6. If prompted, allow access to your camera and microphone.
- 7. Click the green phone icon at the bottom of the screen.
If You Can't Connect
- If you're unable to join your video consult:
- 1. Send your stylist a message through the in-app messaging system (instructions below).
- 2. Your stylist will help you troubleshoot the issue.
- 3. If the issue persists, provide your phone number to your stylist — they can conduct the session via phone consult instead.
Messaging Your Stylist
- To message your stylist:
- 1. Log in to your account here.
- 2. Go to the Services page.
- 3. Find your service under the Active tab.
- 4. Click See Service Details.
- 5. Select Go to Messages.
- 6. Type your message and click Send.
Upgrading Your Membership
- Loved your free trial? Upgrade your membership in just a few steps:
- 1. Log in to your account here.
- 2. Go to the Services page.
- 3. Click Upgrade My Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
- 4. Select your membership type.
- 5. Enter your payment details.
- 6. Click Sign Up to complete the process. Your new membership benefits will be active immediately.
